Shipping Details & Policies

We strive to package and ship out orders as soon as possible, and no later than 2 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number that will be provided once shipped. 

Most packages seem to be delivered within one week of shipping. However, we have noticed that sometimes these times can be delayed due to holidays or inclement weather in certain regions.

If you are having difficulty receiving your package, please contact your local USPS office. They will be best equiped to help you locate your package.

Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Once payment processing is successful, the associated transaction fees are not refundable. 

Once USPS is in possession of the package, we are unable to refund or cancel your order in any part. 

We are not responsible if the customer damages or loses their own items.

We are not responsible if the customer provides insufficient or incorrect address information. We ship to the address provided for shipping. If you make a mistake, please reach out immediately for assistance.

If your item(s) arrive damaged or are incorrect, you have 24 hours from the time tracking states it is delivered to contact us for help.

If the wrong item was received, please reach out to us with as much information as possible. In this process we will ask for a picture of the items received as well.
